Our trained operational staff are physically on-site 24 hours a day 365 days of the year ensuring the permanent availability of our critical services. A number of services are available through our operations which is on hand to assist in troubleshooting any problems with your site.

Facilities management

Our operational staff have provided Facilities Management (FM) services to major institutions for over 20 years. Bespoke management services can be provided according to your requirements.

Backups

Scheduled backups are an essential aspect of risk management.

As an alternative to our online backup service, we can design a tape backup regime for your business including, if necessary, the generation and testing of scripts. All tapes are changed in accordance with your supplied backup rota and stored in secure off-site premises.

Enhanced operations

Our operations team mans our Network Operations Centre (NOC) round the clock. In addition to its normal duties the operations team provides three enhanced levels of support:

Secure reboots: We will agree procedures with you that include a passphrase to provide for a device to be powered off and on, after the appropriate authentication is given.

Intelligent hands: Our trained personnel are available to type commands into a console and read out responses over the phone to aid in troubleshooting and problem identification. This service also includes the secure reboots service.

Enhanced operations: This service enables our operators to follow procedures provided by you to deliver first level troubleshooting and the escalation of faults that are identified by our service availability monitoring service. This service also includes the secure reboot and intelligent hands services.
