Offshore gaming

Jersey is in the process of implementing legislation that will allow for the provision of internet services to the gaming industry. Jersey’s Economic Development Department is seeking to appoint a Shadow Gambling Commission, which will independently advise the department on changes to gambling legislation and develop e-gaming regulations.
